01 — A plain-English chat
We work out what you need — and whether Ai even helps.
No forms, no discovery deck. We sit down, you tell us what's eating your time or capping your growth, and we tell you straight whether Ai's the right tool for it. Sometimes it isn't, and we'll say so before you've spent anything.
02 — A small, working version
Something you can actually use, in weeks not quarters.
Instead of disappearing for three months, we build a small version that works and put it in front of you fast. You get to watch it run, answering a call or drafting a quote, before you commit to the full build. If it's not earning its keep, you've lost weeks, not a fortune.
03 — We build the bit that pays off
Only what moves a number. Nothing for show.
Once you've seen it work, we build it out properly — but only the part that actually pays back. We won't pad the job with features that look clever and do nothing. If it doesn't earn its place, it doesn't get built.
04 — We stay close
Fixes, tuning, and a person who answers.
Software needs a bit of looking after, and we don't vanish once it's live. We tune it, fix what needs fixing, and stay down the road — not in a call centre. When you ring, a person picks up. That's the whole point of using someone local.

We'll tell you what it costs and what it returns.
No surprise invoices, no "it depends" that never resolves. Before we start, you'll know the price and roughly what it should pay back — so you can decide if it's worth it before you say yes, not after. If the numbers don't stack up, we'd rather tell you than take the money.
